An essential part of our pastoral vision is the importance of Team Ministry. Lay, Religious and Clergy, profesionals and volunteers work together to carry out our pastoral plan which is itself the fruit of consultation and colaboration.

"Jesus does not carry out his mission alone. He calls co-workers (Mk 1,16-20) and lives with them forming a team, a community of life and action (Mk 3,13-19). They accompany him in his ministry (Mk 10,46) and he shares with them his mission (Mk 6,7). He sends them out to announce the Kingdom of God, giving them power to cure the sick (Lk 9,1-2).
